      Application Process: Summer 2026 Intake

      Applying without a Prospective Employer
The Summer 2026 intake will officially launch on 20th April 2026 and will remain open for a period of 2 weeks, closing on 3rd May 2026.

If you meet the eligibility requirements and do not yet have a prospective employer, you may submit an application. Jobsplus will assist you in being matched with a suitable placement provider.

      Applying with a Prospective Employer
If you already have an employer who is willing to host you as a trainee under the scheme, the application process differs slightly. In this case, the employer must take the first step by submitting an application and nominating you as their preferred trainee.

Once the employer’s application has been successfully submitted, you will receive a personalised email invitation to apply for the scheme. You should only submit your application through this invitation link, as it is specifically linked to your employer’s submission.

Applications for students who already have a prospective employer will remain open until mid-summer, allowing additional time for employer-led nominations.

      Repeat Participation
If you have already taken part in the scheme, you may be eligible to participate a second time, subject to Jobsplus’ discretion.

To qualify for a second placement, both of the following conditions must be met:

      •    The occupation must be different from the one you trained in previously.
      •    The Work Exposure Provider (employer) must be different from the one you were placed with before.
